About us – Café Morgenrot
Café Morgenrot is a warm café on the Elbchaussee in Hamburg – a place where coffee with time, a good breakfast and a slice of cake in the afternoon belong together.
Who we are
We are a small café where it's okay for things to take a little longer. With us, no one has to rush – the coffee is prepared with care, and if you like, you can stay for a second cup.
In the morning, a relaxed breakfast and fresh coffee are the focus. In the afternoon, the scent of cake entices, and many guests simply stay for a chat – with friends, with neighbours, or quietly by themselves while reading.
It is important to us that everyone feels welcome: good coffee, honest ingredients, and enough time to chat or sit in peace. Morgenrot shouldn't be a transit station, but a place where you love to linger.
